When we hear, 'you should live life to the fullest', our minds automatically wander to travelling all over the world, eating everything and anything, doing whatever floats our boat, literally seeing our favorite celebrities on a yacht 'living their lives to the fullest'. Then we realize how we don't really have time for that (or the money), so we give up and go back to our daily routine.
Thus continues the biggest mistake most of us make every damn day!

The term 'living your life to the fullest' is, unfortunately, misunderstood. And I don't mean to blame every feel good film, tv-show or reality show out there, but yes, you are to blame! We have this twisted idea that living your life to the fullest means going to extremes. Extreme spending, extreme activities, extreme everything. But it really, really isn't that at all.
What we see on television is an exaggerated version of that.
To live your life to the fullest, is to take your everyday, making sure everything you do, every decision you make, is something that'll make you happy.
It really is just as simple as that.
Where to start?
1. Learn to be happy with what you have instead of dwelling on what you don't have.
2. Make the people around you happy, it feeds your soul.
3. Every decision you make, do it with your happiness in mind.
Understanding, accepting and, most importantly, appreciating your life in every possible way, is how you live your life to the fullest. It's when you start living to be happy!
